Declined credit

I ordered a new phone yesterday and got declined credit but I have a perfect credit score 999/999 on Experian and 1000/1000 with clear score. How can I fix this?

Upgrade without working phone

My phone is not fully working and I want to upgrade early, website is asking for a SMS pin authorization. My phone does not read sim anymore so it is not possible. Any other way to upgrade?

Hi I'm living in Thailand now and my contract has data but my data is useless here so I'm paying for something I can't use. I only use wifi so I would like to change my package/contract to either lower my bill so I'm not paying for data at all anymor...

Poor service and over charge

Poor customer service which half the agents you speak to don't speak English as first language clearly as when you say want to leave contract they offer you a direct debit option?  Bill is always over what should be my plan is £89, £81 before vat yet...
