How can I listen to my phone contract agreement call.

I don’t remember agreeing to a 2 year contract,and would like to listen to the phone conversation I had at the time.I use my mobile very little as I am 75 years old,and can get several sim only deals for half the price I have to pay EE.

You'll need to contact our Customer Care team about this.

They'll be able to investigate to see if you have been mis-sold.

I did spent 30/40 mins on the phone,most of the time waiting for them trying to find the agreement we had.Then to be told if I wanted to hear the phone conversation to go on line and click on some link which I can’t find to hear the conversation.Just going around in circles,why they could not email me the link I don’t know.They had no sympathy for an elderly person.Not great customer care.
