My bill was overdue. I paid it went off EE app to confirm on banking app went back onto EE and it had disappeared. Money has come out my account but it still says bill unpaid on EE app

Welcome to the community,

It could take 24 hours before it shows that your bill is paid, once it has been cleared, then it will show as paid, it does not happen immediately.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
