I just paid my occurring balance with Apple Pay and I didn't receive any email that I have paid. My data is also not working at the moment but the money from my bank has been taken off. What should I do?

Was this for a late payment? Have you logged into your account to see if it has cleared? If late payment, then until it has been cleared you will not be able to use data etc, this can take at least 24 hours. Is it showing as pending on your bank account?
