Set up totally messed

Hi there,just joined by phone EE last Tuesday Via phone. Agreed for a sim only contract 12 months unlimited data calls texts including 1000 minutes calls in Europe for 38 pounds.  Gave my pac number to maintain my old number. Told to call back at SIM...

Resolved! Suspended

I have paid my balance on my account but it is still saying suspended and I cannot call or message anyone

Daft question!

I'm currently on a plan but wish to change to Sim only as my handset is ok.  If I order online, do I keep the same number?
