I'm a new customer and started my contract around end of April. I traded in my note 20 ultra for the s23 while I was in the store. They told me in store they have sent the phone off for processing and it should be mentioned on my contract/bill and a discount should be auto taken off my bill but I haven't heard anything as of yet. Is there anyway else to check this?
