I noticed for this month my bill cost £84 and I do not normally pay this amount. I am abroad and I do not make any calls and my phone is not on roaming. I notice it’s set to remove 84 pounds again this month I need to know why is the rate so high

You can also view your bill via your myEE online account. All charges are set out on the bill - this may avoid the need to call.
