Hi

My contract is finished soon and I would like to close the contract.

My monthly plan says £42 million!

So I logged into the EE app on my phone and even the website and it says my monthly plan is like £42889426/month. Usually it's £25/month. I cannot afford to pay 42 million quid a month.

Upgrading

Hi, I would like to look at terminating my contract. My contract ends on the 26th November and I have seen a better deal with vodafone. Can you help me to arrange this so that the contract does not continue after 26th November?

It says on website free delivery but i had to pay a fee before my upgrade was dispatched,is it selective free delivery?

NHS discount

I have tried to use a discount code to achieve 20% off my bill however it is now saying I only have 4 of my 5 codes and I cannot see if the discount has been included of my next bill?
