Increased bill

Hi. I was just wondering why my bill has increased from £78.69 to £90.01

Are you saying your plan has increased, or there are additional charges on your bill?

It won't let me check but I have no add ons as far as I'm aware

@Nicmaisey89  That’s the yearly price increase of CPI +3.9%.    Unfortunately the CPI for December was at 10.5% and that’s what’s the CPI rate is based on.
