Why did they say to me if I get a sim only for 3 month I can have a handset upgrade 6 months later still not aloud an upgrade why is that

Ime trying to find my contract end date can't see it anywhere!!! EE data coverage goes off all the time sometimes hour at a time terrible network..

Total cost today

I've recently been given my order confirmation for my 24 month pay monthly plan and it has a total cost today of £50. Will this be taken out on my first bill day? Or will be taken out today? Thank you!!
