Early upgrade and adding discount

Hello, I have been offered an early upgrade 100% off fee but I’ve also got 30% discount towards my next contract/upgrade. Can I add the 30% discount on with the 100% off early upgrade  thanks

Cost of plan

Hi when signing up to my contract the lady on the phone said there was 20% off for this and it would be around £51 a month not £64!
