Hello I’m a month late in my phone bill due to me losing my bank cards I do apologise I always try make it in time with my contract I’ve now got my new bank cards and tryna pay the outstanding bill but it will not let me

Resolved! Charged £4.99 on my bill no explanation

I accidentally sent a picture message and was billed 83p which was listed but also received another charge of £4.99 without any explanation of what this charge is for

EE took out the balance of my phone contract, then weirdly refunded it back to me? Now they’re saying I owe £147.54? Why?
