Any Humans work at EE anymore?

I am currently working in middle of a field ..rang the 150 number someone rang back after 15 minutes missed the call lasted 20seconds ! 

i wish to discuss my account there used to be humans at EE …but these Big Corporations have forgotten the Human Touch ..i wasted a hour on this Today ..I am going to have write Snail Mail at this Rate …Crap Customer Service!

It is account related ..thats 4 times i have rung 150 for call back Hopeless!
