I just moved abroad and I want to reduce the cost of my EE sim card so I can still use it when i return in the holidays.
I cannot contact anyone at EE as the online chat is not working; can anyone advise me what to do as my bill is so high now?!

@IzzyWilliams : You can't reduce the cost of your contract mid-term, only in the upgrade window from 45 days before min. term.
