Issue with Insurance Claim

I have made a claim on my insurance. On the phone I agreed to a replacement phone, which I was told would be sent within 24 hours.

However my confirmation email states that I should book a phone repair. Should I wait and see if I hear from DPD who I was told would arrange drop off and pick-up?

I just spoke to EE, the email was a mistake. Replacement phone had been ordered and due on the agreed date.

@Monty_Don  if it was me I’ll call customer services now.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
