Resolved! NHS perk 2022

I'm sure I had an email, SMS from EE to say the NHS unlimited data perk was extended into 2022. I've had a notification I've nearly used my data allowance. Is the NHS Perk finished now?

Bill payment

I am a new customer to EE and paid my first bill 3 days ago had a confirmation email but it is still saying outstanding on account. Is this normal? Is there a telephone number to contact a helpline I can not find one.
