Recent upgrade- has my perks discount transferred over?

I have just upgraded my phone and cannot see my 20% discount on my new plan. Where do I find this information?

A new discount code will need to applied when upgrading. 

Do you still have access your EE Perks account? if yes, I'd recommend generating a code and giving us a call.
