Payed bill not recognised

Hi, I have just payed my bill

Which didn't go through as payed on ee website

But the money was still taken out of my bank for ee

I do not have access to calling people atm to raise the issue and my internet may be cut off soon so I will not have internet either if the issue is still unresolved

Turns out the payment is bouncing even though all the details are correct and I have tried several times now and it's still not registering the payment for some reason

Have you contacted your bank to see why the payment is not going through?

No, but I have used my card elsewhere since so I doubt it is that l, also I cannot contact my bank at the moment as no phone

I contacted my bank

Via messaging

And I hate to say it but you were right Leanne

Ee payment has flagged up as fraud for some weird reason 

Which doesn't make sense

No I have to call the bank

I told Lloyd's I have no access to a phone right now

They told me to try again later
