Resolved! I do not understand this charge

I have also had this recently. 14 March 2025. From what I can tell, it’s in Sweden? I do not understand this charge? I have just looked through 4 months previous statements and this charge is not mentioned so I will be emailing them to enquire.

Do EE now do a credit check when upgrading as have changed how contracts work? So now you need a loan for the phone and a separate airtime contract? Been with EE for years.
