Billing

I received a text today saying  my flex plan was over due and should of been paid on 10th July,  but I paid it on the 6th .

I have recently spoke to someone about my current situation regarding work , so we have changed company's our payroll schedules have changed and now we will not be paid again until 10th of August,  we were however suppose to receive a weeks payment to help the staff transition in the 5 week period , however the company has said this is an error and is not possibly but the union is fighting it .

But my point is I paid my bill like I discussed with a ee member for the 6th of July I paid both bills . And now I'm receiving texts.. whats next cutting me off?

@Charlie314   Do you normally pay via DD ?  And did you have the funds to make this DD payment if you pay via DD ?

Good evening.

Yes I did ,  our payroll is always 1 week after the payment due date , but I made an arrangement with an ee member to pay on the 10th or before and explained my situation with work payroll etc.

@Charlie314   Yes I did ?

1 do you pay via DD ?
2 did you have the funds available when EE tried to take the payment on the 10th

Your pay roll day is irrelevant to this as you agreed to pay on time.   Even if that means you keep the funds available 3 weeks after you get paid.  It’s how life works and you mange your own cash flow,

As to regarding your last comment.  Do you have it in writing that the payment date has been changed from the original date to the date that you now want ?   And does that show on your account?   Any changes made 7 days or under before the original payment date will not change until the next payment date as it takes a few days-7 days for a DD payment to be taken once your receive the bill,    So when did you request the change of date ?
