I have tried to pay my flex 8 times and each time it keeps saying the payment has not gone through. The first time it said it was when I paid my main bill.
Since then I have tried it 7 more times but each time it just won't go through.
The payment method is fine otherwise I wouldn't have been able to pay the main bill.
The last two times I tried was today (16/07/2026)
Can anyone help me please?

If you could try using a different payment method, it'll help us understand what is happening. If the payment still doesn't go through, I recommend speaking with our customer support team, so that they can look into it further.
