Just recently switched my account over into my name which meant opening a new account over the phone. The person I was speaking to somehow misspelt my name (Harry) even after asking me to spell it out for them. Just posting on here if there’s any way...

Increase in charged

I have a sim only card and EE have doubled my payments without any agreement from me (or not that I am unaware) it looks like my contract has ended and they have just started a new one, no email or phone call.  Can they do this? It has gone from £10....

backdated bills for expenses

Hi - I need my last  6 months of bills so I can submit them for an expense claim - how do I go about this - i have tried every angle on the app / online and even calling EE but with no success? Thank you.

Change sim only package

I have just received my new sim. Its a pay 1 monthly unlimited data sim. I realise that the plan I chose was limited to 10mb speed. I want to change that to 100mb cap. How do I do this before activation and payment of 1st month?
