Hi I cancelled my sim only I. June 2023 because it was out of contract and being charged too much for what I was getting I was told it was cancelled . But no still being charged for something I'm not using had bailiffs letters paid that I'm still trying to get hold of ee to make sure sim is cancelled and don't get charged any more
They are a rip off its ridiculous
