New Direct Debit

Visitor

I have just moved my account from PlusNet to ee.  I went through all the procedures and security with the ee operative who seemed to be in a terrible hurry.  As a result, despite me spelling my name out clearly during the call, I have received a confirmation of direct debit e mail with my surname missing one letter.  The bank account number and sort code look correct, so it may go through, but if it doesn't, because the account holders name is not a match, this will be down to this operator's incompetence.
