This happened to me, too. Just noticed that EE collected three payments (even though I only have one DD set up) in both December and January. I'd be grateful to know whether you resolved the issue with EE, Picklessprues...

Device payment been taken twice. I paid it in my card on 29th dec as the payment was returned on the 21st dec. Now the payment has been taken again
