I have noticed from last two month extra charges €28 of my bill I can't get any details and information of my bill who's the payment can you help me

This happened to me, too. Just noticed that EE collected three payments (even though I only have one DD set up) in both December and January. I'd be grateful to know whether you resolved the issue with EE, Picklessprues...
