i can access my bills for my personal phone account, but when i sign into my business account to print off my monthly invoices all i get is a blank screen. how do you resolve this

Overcharge

I’ll minimise this down to just the basic overcharged on my last bill promised a refund on this bill , no suprise no refund and managers that refuse to come to the phone or ring you back , shocking service 

Resolved! Final Bill Refund

My contract was recently cancelled because I moved out of the UK and I received my final bill today of -£10.53. I believe this is a credit and will be refunded to me however I never had a direct debit set up, so how will I get it?
