Billing issue

Hi EnglishInOz, I'm curious, can you say how this ended? I find myself in the same situation having been billed more than £800 for less than 4 hours calling the US. Was there a process to review your bill?

If your direct debit fails the first time does he retry taking it out again after 7 days, or they just like adding direct debit charges once your direct debit fails. I like to confirm this Thank you.
