My partner has recently moved so no longer needed the WiFi booster she was told to just send it back now she has been hit with a bill for nearly £200 why is this

I know it's not nice to receive a bill higher than what you're expecting it to be.
Has your partner looked at her bill online, and does this indicate what the extra charge is for? If she has any concerns, please call our team directly so they can review this further.
