I paid but not showing

I paid a device payment as my direct debit has been cancelled for an unknown reason and I was due to pay money, but I have had an email confirmation but it’s not showing on my account, my bill payment showed straight away as paid

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade but EE offer only "sim only" or "phone and plan".  Can I upgrade my phone and keep the same plan/contact? Or can I buy a new phone from somewhere else and put my sim in a new phone?
