I’ve had a text today saying my account has been charged 98p for a picture message. I haven’t sent this, I don’t recognise the phone number it was supposedly sent to, and having searched it comes up as a scam. How do I contact EE to have this charge ...

Resolved! Never change your billing date

They'll completely mess up your bill, double charge you and you'll be stuck talking to the same customer service Amazon employs. Done with this network.   [Mod edit: Removed offensive language]

Dearest network out there . Anytime up grade. And to actually up grade they want your 18 month old phone and £150 to upgrade. bills always paid and been a customer since orange. When my contract runs down. I will just be doing sim only .
