Unable to access bills or remaining minutes/data.

I don't have itemised billing, but is it possible to ask EE for all my call and text data since I took out my contract 12 months ago?

Resolved! IVA PHONE UPGRADE

Hi I've had a IVA for nearly a year. I'm trying to upgrade but it won't let me . The IVA doesn't have any mobile phone debt . Even with a letter from the IVA apparently I can't upgrade. Is there anything I can do ?

Resolved! Paying off contract early

Am I able to pay the remaining amount on my phone and contract off early? Failing that, am I able to pay the remainder of what's left on my phone only? If I could get a simple direct answer that would be great.  Thank you.
