Upgrade Billing

Hi, it’s been a long time since I upgraded as I have been on sim only. I have just upgraded via my account but unsure whether this means my current sim only will automatically be replaced by the new upgrade price and device? Is there anything I need to cancel with my sim only?

An upgrade is, by definition, a change of phone and/or plan on your existing number.

If you have upgraded from a SIM-only plan to a phone-plan, your existing plan is replaced by your new plan as a matter of course.
