Payment

I've had a problem from payment. This looks like Application error: client side exception. I had a stroke so I get mixed up and stressed.  I can't use the phone (speaking). Could anyone help please?

Yes, me too. I'm paying £38 per month when it should be £31, which is what I signed up for. The signal is also extremely poor recently, so I would like to know what's going on.  I'm so sick and tired of being ripped off in the UK.....
