HARL payment

On my bank statement this month is a scheduled payment of £35.17 with reference that starts HARL then digits.

This isn't my broadband account number or mobile and it is set up to start this month? Any ideas

Is the amount similar to what you'd normally see for your mobile or broadband payments?

Is it due to come out on the same date as the other accounts usually do?
