Double charged for Damage ACS in last bill

Hello, I seem to have been charged twice for the Damage ACS cover on my last bill, please can someone advise?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Welcome to the EE Community

Have you just added the Apple Care insurance last month? As if so you may be seeing a part charge for the month behind, covering usage from the date you added it up to your monthly bill date. Then the normal charge for the month in advance. 

Our help page has more information on part charges. If you have not just added it last month and have been double charged the best thing will be to give us a call on 150 as recommended for one of our guides to take a look.
