Checking my bill tonight which is for my phone and my husband‘s phone it was quite higher than normal, when I have looked at the breakdown of the bill we both have add-ons. I cannot remember ever asking for those. In fact, I’m not actually sure what they ad on! I read the list but there’s none of them we use. I can’t find out how much extra they put up my phone bills but either way I’d like to cancel them and I can’t. I’m assuming I have to go through the Rigmarole of talking to someone, Has anyone else come across this? And how did you sort out the problem? And if they cost extra which I presume they will. Can I claim the money back? I’ve only just realised that they exist? Can they backdate the thing and give me back the extra money that I’ve paid out without knowing about it!

Some add-ons can be cancelled via the EE app.
What add-ons are showing on your bill?
Do they also show as chargeable?
