This is not customer service, but a public forum.

Did you make a separate payment and if so was it near the date of when the money would normally be taken? 

I take it you are on contract and that you are on a monthly one, which if you make a payment near the date when the money goes out of your account, then paying separately close to that date, would not stop the money going out.

This will be a credit for your next monthly payment, or you could ring customer service and they may give you a refund, you will have to speak to the billing department to get this looked into.
