As EE tried to take my money for this month's subscription pack earlier than supposed to, it bounced, so I have tried to start a new one, had several attempts at this, with no success, as it keeps coming up with "additional payer authentication required" but it also shows that the content is blocked and that I need to contact the site owner. I have been in touch with EE in several different ways with not success, I am running out of options. I am so close to leaving and going to another network. After years with EE this is very disappointing.

The "additional payer authentication required" normally means you ether receive a code or need to authorise the payment on your banking app. This sounds strange but try turning your phone into landscape to allow you to scroll.
