hello I paid 38.34 pounds on October 15th, as it was supposed to be withdrawn on the 10th, but there was not enough money and I paid on the 15th, and on the 18th another 38.84 was withdrawn from my card pounds and now in the application it shows me that I have -14.89 pounds. where does this amount of -14.89 come from? I also received a message that on the 29th, money will be withdrawn. why the question? what's up with this scam?

@dumitru87voznea : If you have a DD in operation you shouldn't make a manual payment on or soon after your billing date. It is then too late to stop the DD being auto taken in full. Even if the DD fails the 1st time of asking it will be auto attempted again about 7 days later. Now the extra will be used as credit against your next bill. It won't show on your a/c until the next bill.

then tell me where I got -14.89 if the money will be withdrawn next month? if I paid for this month myself and it was deducted again? and why did I receive a message that I will be drawn this month on October 28?

@dumitru87voznea : -£14.89 is a credit to you. It will be used as credit against your next bill.

You don't have to pay it! It's a negative amount. As I told you it is a credit to be used against your next bill. Thus reducing it.

why do I have to pay -14.89 if I paid 38.34 and you withdrew another 38.84 from our account? meo, I have paid 77 pounds for this month, why do I still have -14.89, please explain to me. I was told that the amount I paid myself will be charged to me for the next month, where did this -14.89 come from?
