The app is down and even the online version is **bleep** sort this out and I would be able to pay my bills, I've set up direct debit and you still ain't taking the money. Haven't been able to get on the app for well over a month now

Thanks for coming to the community.
I've moved your post to its own thread, as the one you'd commented on was over two years old.
When you say you've not been able to get into the app for over a month, has it been the same amount of time for the website?
Do you see an error message when you try to access your account?
If you do need to pay your bill, you can use our Fast Payment page. This doesn't need you to login, just enter your mobile number and card details.
