hello I paid 38.34 pounds on October 15th, as it was supposed to be withdrawn on the 10th, but there was not enough money and I paid on the 15th, and on the 18th another 38.84 was withdrawn from my card pounds and now in the application it shows me that I have -14.89 pounds. where does this amount of -14.89 come from? I also received a message that on the 29th, money will be withdrawn. why the question? what's up with this scam?

It is £38.34 - (MINUS!) the £14.89 credit which will go onto your next bill. This means your bill next month will be only £23.45 according to the numbers you've given
I really think you need to call EE Customer Services as none of us here work for EE and we can't see your account.

@dumitru87voznea : Your maths is wonky! £38.34 -£14.89 = £23.45.
