Why am i on a buisnsss account

Hi for some reason my account is a business account and I am unable to get the add on I wanted for my partner for Christmas is there anyway I can just go on to the normal account and not this business one!

We would have no idea, we do not know you nor have any account access here, this is not customer service, I would suggest ringing and speaking to them.

Just to add is this for mobile phone account or 5GEE mobile broadband? If the latter, this will depend how much you use per month and how many things are using the network.
