Pay as u go waiting for my contract

I tried ordering a new sim earlier but wanted 1'50 delivery charge and cantvguatee deliver coz if royal maulil so i said no betcoz my mother wernt here to pay bill which will be paid as soon She finished work so I got a top up card can I transfer data to my top up sim until my new contract sim arrives or I get Time go ee sgop

You can't transfer data from a contract SIM you haven't got yet to a PAYG SIM. You can buy a data add-on or a pack containing data for your PAYG SIM.
