Where the **bleep** is my confirmation email

I'm already passed offat this 

Signed for a sim contract and it's been 24h, and I got **bleep** all for a confirmation email l. The bloke who wrote the contract misspelt my first name and I wanna change but can't until I have the email.

 

What do I do???????

Hi @Arassat 

Have you checked your junk/spam folders. 

I don't see why EE CS cannot change your name to the correct spelling as the credit check and direct debit (if used) will be wrong and not match official records.

That's messed up mate 

Does that mean I need to go through another credit check after my first name gets corrected? Does that mean I risk being engaged in a 24 month contract that I'm not eligible for as the name is wrong?

Will I have to threaten lawsuit to get out? What do I do?

 

Please help this is really stressful

Yes, they told me to call 150. Can it be changed?
