Paid bill

Paid CRS collection agency. On Thursday in full. It is now Monday & still suspended. Is this normal? Or was it a scam?

please can anyone advise?

If an overdue payment has been passed to an external DCA, it likely follows that EE's collections process has been exhausted and it's viewed as a default.
