I have less than 30 days left on my contract and I haven't received any email telling me how to terminate my contract. Every call is busy, need to wait for a long time, but I need to charge high roaming fees abroad. I hope I can solve it online, but there is no way to solve it online. The way to solve it online on the app and website is fake and only makes me call. I don't know what to do.

I am sorry to hear you are looking to cancel your EE contract.
To cancel you will need to speak with our disconnections team who can place your 30 days notice.
Are you abroad at the moment?
If yes, do you have access to Skype?

You could use obtain a STAC (Service Termination Authority Code) and give this to another network.
