Hi there. I have ‘upgraded’ my contract on the EE website today, or so I thought. The confirmation emails have all come through and I have apparently now been allocated a new mobile number, after 20 years with EE/Orange.
How do I go about keeping my original number please? Many thanks.

You should contact EE-CS on 150.
They have access to your individual account and can advise whether you have inadvertently taken a new line, or have upgraded.
