Hi my husband took a look at my contract start finish dates and just realised that I have been paying more than my contracted amount. Have found a WEEKLY payment of £3 to "WWE mobile content club" that has been taken since Nov 22. Worryingly this is the farthest back I can see on the bills I have and it could go back much farther. What are the chances of me getting a refund as clearly have been scammed at some point and never checked my bills details.

You'd have to query this with WWE. And be prepared to have an answer for why you've not checked your bills for at least 2 years.

@Ydarling It’s not EE billing you it’s your subscription to this service that’s been billing you. It’s only paid by your EE bill.

Thanks for the response and yes I know this. The main reason I was posting was to see if others have had this issue. I can see on 02 forums there are some helpful answers though.

Yes hoping that the contact details I have on the eebilling info are current and effective. As for that explanation, well I could give them many reasons which would include kids, work, life but not sure any would be in any way valid in a business sense but hey ho.
On the bright side just had a very informative chat with one of the EE advisors who was very helpful. Thanks for your time Mr advisor, as usual the EE guides are super duper.

I'm pleased to hear that the team has been helpful when you've contacted us @Ydarling
I hope you manage to get sorted.
