Just checked and EE are due to take my first months payment on 5th. However the first month was supposed to be credited and therefore I should have nothing to pay until the following month.
Is there anyway of resolving this without having to call them? Can’t find any messaging option.
Thank you.

If they haven't taken the payment yet, you can't know yet whether it allows for the credit.
If you are on contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

Hi @BeckieBDE
Welcome to our community.
Did you manage to find the messaging service that @XRaySpeX suggested?

Hi Lesley.
Yes I did find the messaging link thank you. Had missed it 🫣.
Didn’t get very far.
I can see my bill for my first month stating £54.99 will be taken from my account on 1st or 5th and I’ve had an email saying the same.
So I’m a bit confused with what XRaySpeX said as I have a bill stating x amount will be taken.
Sounds silly but I just hadn’t factored in that being deducted from my bank. 😬

I'm sorry you didn't get sorted @BeckieBDE
It's understandable you haven't budgeted for this if you were expecting it to be credited. What happened when you spoke to the messaging team?
