Hi,
I recently cancelled one of my phone contracts early with EE. The contract was linked to a Flex Plan agreement. Unfortunately, the operator never mentioned that if you cancel the mobile contract, the Flex plan will also need paying.
I've paid my remaining contract off this month
The amount owed on my Flex plan was around £950. Now when I've logged in the amount says £950 but when click on pay now the amount shows £1950 owed. Does anyone know why this would have increased?
I'm presuming this is incorrect as the device was around £1500 and I've already paid off around £500. Surely the amount can not increase by £1000, even with a termination fee.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Sjh941 I can imagine that it must have been quite a shock for you when you seen the extra charge that you weren't expecting.
I'd love to get this looked into for you to see what's happened, so I'd recommend speaking to one of our billing guides.
You can speak to a billing guide by dialling 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
