hi On September 16, I renewed my contract for free, I didn't have to pay anything extra. I received confirmation of what phone I bought and what subscription I paid 30 £for the phone. Today I logged in to my account and the price for renewal is 240 £ I have confirmation by email that this number has already been renewed and what phone I bought and that I extended it for another 2 years, but I have no other messages from eE

If you have placed an upgrade the plan and contract will update once the device has been dispatched.

never again, I'm changing the operator, my contract was not extended because there were problems in the system and if I want to extend it, I have to pay 240 £, and when I extended it, the payment would be zero.
